Bryan the chef!
Bryan's 2nd semester elective class is Culinary Arts. He LOVES it. He has it as his 'A Hour' class at 6:30am every morning. They just recently learned how to make scones. Bryan was excited to cook them for us so he volunteered to make scones for us on a Saturday morning. I had to take one of the kids to go play a basketball game that morning, but I came home to this...
He had even set the table beautifully for everyone.
How amazing is that?! He even cut them out into star shapes! He made bread dough FROM SCRATCH (I'm usually in too big a hurry and use frozen). They were so light, soft, and fluffy (mine are usually kind of dense). They were absolutely delicious and beautiful. AND he EVEN cleaned up the kitchen - without being asked! This kid is amazing. I am so lucky.
